Content written by us and our “Travelyard” trade mark

We own and have copyright in all the content we publish on Travelyard. We also own all rights in the trade mark “Travelyard”.  Please do not use any of our content or our trade mark without first seeking our written consent.  All intellectual property, moral and any other rights whatsoever in our content and trade mark are hereby reserved by the company we have incorporated to own this website and run our affairs, ES Communications Limited.

The content you provide

The copyright and any moral rights in any itineraries or recommendations that you provide generally belong to you (unless you have "borrowed" it from elsewhere, more on that below). We may use your content whether on the website, in a published book, article or elsewhere.  You therefore give us a worldwide non exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable license to use and reproduce your content, including editing it, as and when we see fit.  Any use by us will be royalty free ie no payment will be due from us to you unless otherwise agreed.      

When you provide itineraries or other content to the website you must ensure that you have not “borrowed” or copied anything from any other source. If you do you may breach someone else's copyright and you could become the subject of legal action.
